This is a great Early American Pattern Floral Fence plate made by the Dalzell, Gilmore and Leighton Company of Findlay, Ohio.  The dish measures 10 1/8" across and has great detail throughout the plate.  Condition is excellent.  A beautiful piece of Findlay glass.
