This is a great metal Marx Toys flatbed rail car with the red and blue dump truck with wood wheels.  The flatbed car measures 5 1/2" in length while the red and blue dump truck measures 4 1/2" in length.  The paint on both is very good to exellent with some minor wear due to age.  A great Marx toy.
