This is a great Early American Pattern Glass green glass pedestal finger hold kerosene lamp in the Heart pattern with a #1 brass burner marked "Victor" and lovely beaded top glass chimney. The #1 lamp measures 4 1/2" in height to the top of the font and 13" in height if you include the chimney. The lamp is in excellent condition.
