This is a scarce Early American Blue Glass Serpent toothpick holder made by the Model Flint Glass Company of Findlay, Ohio.  The toothpick measures 2 1/2" in height by 2 1/4" in diameter at the base.  The toothpick has had the edges ground at the base due to chipping - still a hard to find toothpick in this color.
