This is a very nice vintage tin wind up "No. 27 Drum Major made by Wolverine Supply & Mfg. Co. Pittsburgh, PA".  The toy measures 13 1/2" in height and currently in working condition.  Overall condition is very good to excellent with some scratches to the original litho on the arms.  A very large wind up toy.
