This is an outstanding piece of antique stoneware embossed "T. REED - 2" with blue brushed decoration of a tulip flower with ear handles on the sides with some dark blue decoration. The crock measures 12” in height by approximately 9” in diameter at the widest part. T. REED was a manufacturer from Tuscawaras County, Ohio. The crock is in as found condition with no cleaning attempted - there is a small chip on the base, a few minor chipping to the rim and some glaze wear. A beautiful piece of stoneware.
