This is an incredible tin and paper mini dust pan advertising "PET Brand - Famous For Flavor - Grown In Frostless Foot-Hill Groves - Sunkist - San Dimas Orange Growers Assn. - San Dimas California".  The dustpan measures 9" from the handle to the edge of the pan by 6 1/4" across and features a wonderful image of a little girl and a St. Bernard holding two oranges in a bag.  The label  has some wear and staining around the edge but is still very striking.  A very rare piece of advertising.
