This is a wonderful antique pottery ceramic tile stamped on the front "Dedication: A. E. Tileworks - Zanesville, O. - April 19, 1892" with a great image of a woman in the center. The blue green color tile measures 4 1/8" in square by approximately 1/2" in width. The back is stamped with what appears to be "DETCo Limited". The tile is in very good condition with wear and roughness around the edging. A beautiful American Encaustic Tileworks product.
